Nice relaxed atmosphere. Management walking around, tasty Garlic bread, good crust on the pizza, and then ...the main Event: the Chicken Cannelloni with mushrooms and white sauce. This sauce alone is well worth the visit! Super service, delicious food, and and an excellent experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Pizza, Great Happy Hour & Exceptional Service! I stopped by New York Pizza & Pasta in Valley Ranch during Happy Hour and had a fantastic experience. The Happy Hour specials are a great value, with discounted drinks and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it an easy place to unwind after work. The pizza was outstanding—fresh, perfectly baked with a crisp yet chewy crust, generous toppings, and excellent flavor in every bite. I ordered a loaded pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, black and green olives, mushrooms, and green peppers, and it was one of the best combination pizzas I’ve had in a long time. A special shout-out to Danny, the bartender. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. Great recommendations, quick service, and a welcoming attitude that keeps customers coming back. Whether you’re looking for a casual dinner, a place to catch Happy Hour, or just craving authentic New York-style pizza, I highly recommend New York Pizza & Pasta. Great food, great drinks, and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!

Don't sleep on this place. Seriously. The food is fantastic and freshly prepared, the service is great when they are empty and when they are busy, and the prices are reasonable. Let's break this down into a little more detail. The food? Absolutely delicious. Everything we have tried from the cheese bread, to the pizza, to the ravioli, to the fettuccine, to more complicated chicken or shrimp dishes has been properly prepared, fresh, and fantastic. You can order pizza by the slice at the walk up counter or pasta with full table service. My favorite is the chicken and vegetable soup and my 15-year old kid loves every version of their ravioli. Portion sizes are pretty big and come with bread for the table. The atmosphere? Imagine a little restaurant space with nice background music, not too loud and not too quiet, but always on theme with an Italian food concept. A cozy place with soft lighting, tasteful decorations on the walls, and a bar area. That's what you are getting with this restaurant. The service? This isn't our first time eating here. I've driven Belt Line between Coppell and Carrollton more times than I can count, and never turned down MacArthur Blvd, but it's been my loss all this time! Just 1 mile south of Belt Line is New York Pizza Pasta & Subs, and before you think this is just another quick-serve pizza place, you need to give this place a try. Yes, they do serve pizza-by-the-slice at lunchtime for those that want a quick lunch, but they are much, much more. Perusing the menu, you'll find a large selection of Italian favorites such as Parmigiana, Chicken Piccata, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Penne Arrabbiata. Several Salads, Seafood Dishes like Linguini & Clams and Shrimp & Mussels Fra Diavolo, and of course, fine desserts such as Cannoli, Spumoni, Creme Brulee and, my favorite, Tiramisu! They also have a kids menu, as well as Gluten-Free Pizza and Pasta. There's a full bar, including many specialty drinks to pair nicely with whatever meal you choose. The service is excellent, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable, with indoor and covered outdoor seating, and the pricing is affordable. This is definitely a go-to for a nice Italian meal.

Stopped into New York Pizza Pasta & Subs at 10009 N MacArthur Blvd #121 and was genuinely impressed. The moment you step inside, it actually feels like a New York pizza spot casual, no-nonsense and focused on the food. The pizza delivers exactly what you want from a New York–style place: a solid crust, generous toppings and the right balance of sauce and cheese. The photo I posted says it all, loaded with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms, baked evenly, served hot and no skimping anywhere. No soggy middle and the crust holds up slice after slice. Service was friendly and efficient and the overall vibe matched the food, straightforward and done right. If you’re in Irving and want pizza that actually feels and tastes like a New York pizza restaurant, this place is worth the stop.
